These Terms & Conditions govern your use of OriginalVitality's website and homeopathic consultation services provided by Namita Singh. By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

OriginalVitality offers individualized homeopathic consultation and education from a Hahnemannian perspective. Services are provided virtually by appointment via video, phone, or electronic communication.

Important: Homeopathic consultation is not medical care. It does not include diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or any service requiring a medical or healthcare license. Namita Singh is a trained homeopathic consultant, not a licensed physician, naturopathic doctor, psychotherapist, or any other licensed healthcare provider.

2. Scope of Practice

OriginalVitality's services are limited to homeopathic consultation and education. Clients are responsible for:

Maintaining appropriate medical care with licensed healthcare providers
Seeking emergency medical care (including calling 911) for urgent, severe, or life-threatening symptoms
Not changing, reducing, or stopping prescribed medications based on homeopathic consultation without consulting the prescribing provider first

3. No Guarantees

Responses to homeopathic remedies vary from person to person. OriginalVitality makes no promises or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, improvements, or timelines. Homeopathic remedy suggestions are educational in nature and are not medical prescriptions.

4. Fees & Payment

Current consultation fees are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change with advance notice.

Payment is due at the time of the consultation and is processed securely through our online payment system.

OriginalVitality does not bill insurance carriers. Payment is the sole responsibility of the client. Many insurance companies do not cover homeopathic services.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a consultation. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, at the discretion of OriginalVitality.
In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact Namita Singh as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at her discretion.
Cancellation fees and any updates to this policy will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Virtual Consultation Terms

All consultations are offered virtually. By participating, you acknowledge that:

Virtual consultations may be affected by technology failures, internet disruptions, or poor audio/video quality.
If a session is interrupted, Namita Singh may attempt to reconnect, continue by phone, or reschedule as appropriate.
You are responsible for your own privacy and environment on your end of the connection.
Electronic communications carry inherent privacy risks (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Research & Professional Development

Namita Singh may participate in professional research and practice-based learning related to homeopathy, including initiatives connected with the HOHM Foundation and its Practitioner-Generated Research Network (PGRN). Client participation in any formal research activity is entirely optional and requires separate written permission. No identifying client information will be used for research, publication, or teaching without specific written consent.

8. Social Media & Testimonials

OriginalVitality will not use your name, image, case details, or any identifying information on social media or in any public-facing materials without your separate written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the OriginalVitality website, including text, images, and materials, is the property of OriginalVitality and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

OriginalVitality and Namita Singh are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of homeopathic consultation, remedy suggestions, or information provided on this website. All services are accepted voluntarily and at the client's own discretion.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date noted above.
